This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and Rainbow-Traffic.com.

Rainbow-Traffic.com reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice. These rules are the terms and conditions of membership. By opening an account and by use of our service, you agree to be bound by them.

Terms of Membership

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your Rainbow-Traffic.com account, without recourse on your part.

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from Rainbow-Traffic.com to all email addresses on record.

Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or credits will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to Rainbow-Traffic.com.

Cancellation of any subscription(s) may result in the immediate termination of all related accounts (downgrade to free status).

Account Rules

• Only one account per user or IP address is permitted.
• You cannot login from two different computers at the same time
• Your email must NOT have any autoresponders or bounce
• You MUST surf at least once every month
• Promoting Rainbow-Traffic using "paid to sign up" sites is NOT allowed

Site Rules

Rainbow-Traffic.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to the following types of programs:

If any of these types of sites are found in the exchange, Rainbow-Traffic.com reserves the right to immediately suspend the site, and all credits assigned will be deleted from the account.

The decision of Rainbow-Traffic.com in these matters is final and not subject to debate. In extreme cases or in the case of repeat offender, Rainbow-Traffic.com also reserves the right to terminate the account of the owners of such sites.

Rainbow-Traffic discourages the use of rotators. However the following rotators are allowed. TE Toolbox, Hits Connect, Page Swirl, and Track that Ad. The member is totally responsible for the content of the URLs promoted in the rotator. Any rotator found to violate the Terms of Service will be deleted and the member will lose all credits assigned to that rotator. The member also risks losing his or her account, all credits and referrals.

Surfing Rules

Your usage session must be a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browsers will be cause for immediate termination of the account. This is a traffic exchange, the basic concept of this is to co-operate with other viewers. Please do not use or endorse this kind of cheat software. Please view your sites in full browser windows!

Activity Policy

Free Members will be required to surf at least 25 sites every 30 days or your sites, banners and hotlinks will be paused. Upgraded Members are not affected by this, but it would be nice if you did surf the 25.

Rainbow-Traffic reserves the right to terminate a member s account if no activity has occurred for six (6) consecutive months. Any existing cash, credits, or referrals in said account will be forfeited.

Failure to Follow

If your site or account fails to follow any of the rules listed above, your account will be removed. All credits, impressions, cash commissions or rewards of any kind will be lost. Your banners and urls will be removed, and your downline will be lost.
